Quality Assurance Specialist

Associates required. Bachelors preferred. Three years experience in Human Services or related field required. Requirements essential to position include ability to interview in depth; organize and analyze high volumes of information; write detailed, meticulous reports; develop clear, useful recommendations; computer literacy; time management skills and the ability to change priorities/shift quickly from one task to another; experience/ability to train/monitor direct support professionals and support staff; ability to exhibit extraordinary interpersonal skills to negotiate complex job demands. Ability to work well and in cooperation with staff of all levels and at a variety of work sites. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding staff/service recipient issues and demonstrate the ability to relate to and accept individuals with disabilities. Valid New York State Driver's license and ability to travel required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Grade 12 Hourly $16.51-$19.82 dependent on education and experience
