As a contracted ground handler for commercial airline carriers and cargo operators, services that we provide are, but not limited to:

Airport Operations Customer Service Agents and Baggage Handlers

Cargo Operations Customer Service Agents, Cargo and Mail Handlers, TSA approved Screening

Cabin Services Cabin cleaning, Lavatory services, Cabin Security Checks

Ramp Services Loading/Off Loading Cargo, Passenger Baggage handling

Manager Cargo Regulatory Compliances serves as primary cargo liaison to TSA, CBP, DOT, FAA, DOD, USDA, IATA and other Federal, State, and Foreign Government agencies as it relates to cargo regulatory compliance as well as the carriage of dangerous goods and hazardous material.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as the dangerous goods and hazardous material subject matter expert for Cargo and the Enterprise Cargo representative to interdepartmental committees on: security, safety, dangerous goods, FAA, and IOSA.

Serve as subject matter expert for Cargo regulatory compliance and manage audits for safety and security processes for US AVIATION SERVICES; adherence to SLAs and continuous improvement as it relates to cargo regulatory compliance Conduct cargo station audits and author detailed summary of findings

Primary TSA Cargo Security Liaison and administrator. Responsible for TSA system cargo security program and cargo screening program. Manage the oversight and preparation for TSA Audits Assist w/ the development and implementation of cargo policies and procedures Develop, revise, distribute and submit regulatory manuals that govern and guide regulatory compliance in the transport of cargo Ensure compliance with all Corporate procedures and policies Ensure training compliance in all regulatory categories

Ensures that changes to cargo policies and procedures are immediately reflected in applicable training

Acts as USAV (Cargo) representative to the TSA Cargo Security Council and A4A Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Material working group

Minimum Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of CFR/FAR regulatory compliance in the carriage of DG and HZM, as well as to include FAA, TSA, and CBP's regulations regarding cargo operations, safety, and security Experience in compliance manual construction, writing, distribution and maintenance Experience with design and the implementation of audit documents and procedures for internal and third party operations

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Must be able to lead group discussions and training modules Must be able to work well across multiple organizations to obtain support and systems compliance

Preferred Qualifications College Degree Airline Experience Knowledge in the transport of Dry Ice and Lithium Batteries

USAV consider your interest for this position if you are currently a resident of the state of HI Must be at least 18 years of age; Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record; will be required by Station Leadership to obtain a Customs Seal and meet all requirements

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986; Must be able to lift and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.

College coursework or degree would be an asset; Airline or related Leadership experience is desirable
