Drive and resiliency are key traits of United States Gold Bureau. As a Precious Metals Sales Representative, you will prospect warm leads by making outbound calls to potential customers who have requested information about investing in precious metals. This is strictly an Inside Sales role. It will be your duty to reach back out to these potential customers and determine the best precious metals package to fit their needs. Upon mastery of our sales process, you will become an Account Executive and a precious metals specialist.

Responsibilities and Duties of our Inside Sales Representative & Account Executive :
Prospect warm leads via phone
Anticipate 100+ calls per day
Educate potential customers about investing in precious metals
Build lasting relationships with customers
Determine the best solution for customers regarding their investment portfolio
Track activity using our CRM
Willingness to learn and be coached
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work and multitask in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Previous sales experience encouraged, but not necessary
