Summary
You will serve as a Facilities Operations Specialist at the GG-13
grade level responsible for coordination and execution of facilities
maintenance, upgrades, and modifications, utilizing broad knowledge
of those facilities and the unique requirements of the operations
therein.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 10.64% will be added to the
stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Responsibilities
  • You will serve as the assistant Department Head of the
Facilities, Safety, and Supply Department (N4) at Navy
Information Operations Command Hawaii.
  • You will maintain detailed budget and reports budget status to
Department Head.
  • You will develop departmental input to the requirements,
programming, and budgeting process.
  • You will manage planning and development of long-range
engineering projects.
  • You will manage facility maintenance, repair, construction,
building management, and transportation in support of the
Command.

  • You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and
access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized
experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band
in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or
public sector performing the following duties such as:
1) Managing facility maintenance, repair, construction, building
management and transportation in support of the command.
2) Managing, planning and developing of long-range engineering
projects.
3) Identifying and implementing solutions to facilities and ground
problems.
4) Providing information regarding space utilization within the
facilities.
