We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Pleasanton, CA location.
In this role you will:
* Prepare purchase requisitions, customer quotations and estimates, transportation and delivery documents, and other related letters or memos.
* Respond to customer inquiries, investigate and resolve issues, provide status to customers.
* Make price quotations by phone, then prepare your customer quotations with 24 hours to the request
* Responsible for daily, monthly preparation and applicable delivery of customer invoices
* Use internal software to retrieve customer information, equipment status information, status of purchase orders (internal and external), and make changes on purchase orders. Ensure that correct status codes are used.
As a Customer Service Representative you must possess:
*High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
*Previous experience in a similar customer service role
*Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Strong written & verbal communication skills
*Must have strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
And we would prefer:
*Previous work experience in a technical service industry
*Experience in dealing with customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing status to customers
