Job Description:
We're looking for a professional Operations Manger to manage, run busy graphic and window tint company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize the work of designers, production and installers
- Manage the graphic production process
- Regularly perform equipment checks and report issues/ repairs needed
- Make sure that all work is meeting required deadlines
- Material Inventory
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to output high volume and quality work
- Ability to conduct quality control checks
- Hight level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard safe work practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
