Job Summary:

United Roofing & Exteriors LLC, a leading roofing and exterior insured restoration company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Assistant to support our exterior roofing and exteriors restoration projects. As the Production Assistant, you will be part of the production team, working on coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of exterior restoration processes.

The Production Assistant will assist the Production Manager with the following responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage the production process for exterior restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of roofing and restoration professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
3. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and customer expectations. Conduct regular inspections to job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
4. Resource Management: Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and tools for each project. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
5. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the restoration process. Always maintain professional and effective communication.
6. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify areas for cost reduction without compromising quality. Collaborate with the finance department to provide accurate cost estimates and manage financial aspects of projects.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including work orders, invoices, and progress reports. Prepare regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and team performance for management review.
8. Safety Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture among the production team and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and protocols. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to minimize accidents and promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in exterior restoration or a similar field, with a track record of successful project management.
2. Leadership skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve project goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
3. Technical expertise: In-depth knowledge of exterior restoration processes, including roofing systems, new products, siding, windows, gutters, and related construction materials.
4. Organizational skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
5. Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Safety consciousness: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
8. Software proficiency: Proficiency in Acculynx, or other CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
9. Language Skills: Bilingual with high proficiency in Spanish.
