United Roofing & Exteriors LLC is seeking an Experienced Sales Manager to join our successful team in Fairfax, Virginia. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of roofing sales, sales training, and management. Sales Manager is responsible for managing and exceeding our company’s sales targets, using targeted marketing strategies. He or she will oversee the recruiting, coaching, training, and performance evaluation of the best sales team in DMV area.

Last year our company’s revenue grew more than 30% with sales over $4 million worth of restoration projects, and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow up to $3 million each year.

To handle the additional jobs, our company anticipates the need for a bigger sales team, which is the heart that drives our success. This team, led by the Sales Manager, will be able to cover the DMV area as we expand our operations to Maryland and Washington D.C.

NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.

• Qualifications and Skills

o High school diploma or college graduated.

o Proven 3+ years in roofing sales experience and 5+ years of knowledge of the roofing industry.

o 3+ years of experience with Acculynx CRM.

o 3+ years of experience on team management.

o Reliable commute transportation.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Self-motivated, proactive, persuasive, energetic, independent, and results-oriented individual.

o Experienced with computers, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

o Able to draft reports and make presentations to management.

o Able to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

o An excellent professional presence and friendly demeanor.

o A valid driver’s license holder.

o Able to climb, lift, balance, handle materials, and standing up for long periods of time.

o Capable of getting on a roof to perform inspections and supervise crews.

o Accountable, honest, respectful, and conduct yourself with integrity.

o Bilingual English Spanish preferable.

o 3+ years of customer service experience.

• Responsibilities

o Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

o Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales team.

o Consistently achieve annual sales, and other key performance indicators goals.

o Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team.

o Lead by example, providing strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth.

o Continually analyze sales processes to improve and increase efficiency.

o Build strong relationship with new and current customers.

o Report to the president, General Manager, and upper management regularly.

o Grow and expand our base of customers in the DMV.

o Review customer’s paperwork before sending it to production.

o Follow company’s guidelines on safety standards, uniform, vehicle care, and customer service.
