Coordinates the activities for sublet suppliers and performs various clerical duties as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Processes sublet supplier orders, including dealer, customer, and supplier concerns.
Contacts customers/dealers for warranty and/or estimate information when required.
Performs various clerical duties such as mailing letters, processing paperwork, fax orders, filing and typing.
Enters warranty service claims into computer systems.
Processes warranty service claims paperwork.
Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
Performs related duties as requested.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondences, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities. Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must have basic computer skills.
