Job DescriptionSUMMARYTo provide complete customer assistance with the ultimate goal of retaining our current customer base.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Answer incoming telephone calls, assist customers on all inquiries.Answer and address all faxes and emails.Call customers with information regarding the repair of their unit, or to solicit further information for their repair (better complaint, etc). Maintain currency with this assigned report.
Interact with internal customers in an effort that supports the repair process.Provide courteous professional service with a complete understanding of what we service, all current programs available, and the ability to resolve all customer inquiries using the systems available.Research the history of previous repairs.Ensure proper tagging in and billing of walk-in consumer products.Assisting customers in and out of United Radio with their equipment.Retrieving... equipment from completed shelves when customer picks up unit, and processing payment.Communicate with external customers using our Live Chat feature on our website.Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.Performs related duties as requested.QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
