Administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity. M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Assist in the recruiting, interviewing, and testing applicants to fill vacant positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. Reconcile medical, dental and life insurance bills. Performance Appraisals: maintain and distribute. Special events.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred. Reliable self-starter, detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to keep information confidential. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines required. Strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a team-based environment.
