Customer Service Representative - Translator

Summary: Provide excellent customer service and process orders. 1 Spanish speaking translator and 1 French speaking translator. Will Provide customers with service options and opportunities. Accurate Order Processing. Liaison between customer and service departments. Provide accurate translations of verbal and written language. Assist other departments with translation needs. Assist with translations of internal websites and communications. Hours are from
8:00am – 8:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities: Accurate Order Processing. Liaison between customer and service departments. Continual Development of Service and Product Knowledge. Total Customer Solution Provide through Follow up and Follow through of Customer Contact. Provide accurate translations of verbal and written language. Assist with translations of internal websites and communications.
Qualifications: Ability to Remain Positive and Professional while identifying service options and working with customers. Communication with team and leadership regarding customer feedback. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be able to independently follow through on tasks. Excellent telephone skills and must pay attention to detail. HS Diploma or GED is required.
