Director of Sales and Marketing

Full Time - Days

United Methodist Communities is currently seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing for Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is a thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained 75-acre campus providing exceptional options for senior care living.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for occupancy within the assigned UMC community and for process and programs, occupancy goals, local marketing activities, and sales activities.

Requirements for a Sales and Marketing Director:
  • Minimum education : Associate's degree
  • Preferred Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field.
  • Working knowledge of a sales process software and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HealthMedX CRM or REPS
  • CMP (Certified Marketing Professional)

Responsibilities for a Sales and Marketing Director:
  • Conducts and oversee daily management of sales operations
  • Establish and adheres to sales and performance metrics
  • Responds to prospective resident inquiries through incoming telephone calls, emails, mail-ins and walk-ins. Conducts interviews and tours of the community.
  • Conducts the annual marketing competitive analysis. Develops and executes annual marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the Vice President, Marketing and Communications.
  • Maintains and/or improves upon the occupancy level of the community in accordance with the sales plan and keeping track of updates and budgetary expenses.
  • Builds and maintains referral network.
  • Executes Marketing tactical plan.
  • Organizes, oversees and participates in marketing events both on and off-site.
  • Maintains database on a consistent basis.
  • Provides oversight for the move-in process.
  • Develops & implements a detailed marketing and sales plan.
  • Approves community media plan.
  • Ensures departmental reports are completed in a timely manner.
