E-Commerce Site & Marketing Coordinator

The E-Commerce Site Experience & Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for the management of all administrative and day-to-day tasks related to ULAC’s multi-brand e-commerce platforms including Shopify. Shopify previous experience is highly recommended. Tasks will include: inventory feed and management, updating product info, marketing schedule, site updates and partnering with the creative team on content development. This role with also partner with the business lead to report site and sales performance. Assist to create and implement A+ Content for Amazon across all brands. Experience using Amazon Vendor Central is recommended.

Essential Functions (Including but not limited to):

  • Administrative and day-to-day management of Shopify website.
  • Manage the upload, editing and data feed from Exenta to Shopify to onboard product to site.
  • Manage site experience and maintain HP and PLP taxonomy of product, content, images and copy to ensure best in class shopping experience for customer.
  • Maintain merchandising and sales buy across site including PDP pages w/ attributes, product detail, linking, copy, images, SEO and customer recommendations.
  • Analyze sales and site data analytics to understand user behavior and insights, ultimately making recommendations to improve site engagement and sales.
  • Seek and document site issues, for potential improvements.
  • Assist in development and management of customer database, email strategy, and social media campaigns, including building monthly editorial and promotional calendar.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimize site.
  • Brief in all site and email creative needs.
  • Build out site map for Marketing, providing product creative and photography direction and key categories each season.
  • Implement various ecommerce marketing tools, including promotional codes, online coupon codes, sales, customer-focused online messaging, and email.
  • Support other sales initiatives, as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned in support of the company needs and operations.
  • Supports the Amazon sales team marketing needs, which includes providing product content (copy, images and videos), uploading content to Amazon pages, and partnering with third-party vendors on marketing campaign implementation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2+ years of work experience in E-commerce, merchandising and/or sales; fashion industry preferred.
  • Shopify or similar platform experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon vendor portal preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google analytics and SEO, and all major social platforms, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of email marketing and systems (Klavyio or similar)
  • Must be proactive and assume ownership of projects, ensuring all tasks are fully completed.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills as required for interpersonal communication and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional partners.
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload seamlessly with keen attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable in completing a diverse range of assignments in a timely manner and adaptable to change and have the ability to prioritize projects and workload.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department.
