A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Inside Sales Representative, you provide critical support for our business pipeline and are vital to our company's success! Every day, you speak directly with potential customers to promote the value of solar energy and encourage purchases. You diligently follow up on leads and speak with clients to develop an interest in our services. As you listen to each client's needs or doubts concerning solar energy, you address any issues and persuade the customer to meet with an outside sales team.
When you successfully book an appointment, you schedule it for when outside reps are available, and you accurately record the time in our calendar. During the installation process, you also support customers by providing them with regular project updates. You are hungry to succeed, and you take pride in smashing your goals and promoting green energy!
- 2+ years of professional phone experience
- Sales experience
Bilingual fluency would be a plus! Do you have strong communication skills? Can you easily develop a rapport with new and returning customers? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Are you passionate about clean energy? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
