HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE

This full-time position typically works the day shift, Monday - Friday.

In this role as our Green Energy Client Services Associate, you are a professional problem solver who takes care of our clients' needs and develops lasting professional relationships with them. Serving as each client's representative, you speak with them about their needs or issues and do your best to resolve them.

You process and coordinate client orders, immediately addressing any missing orders, billing mistakes, or customer complaints. If a client has a problem with service failure, you connect them with the appropriate department. As you work, you strive to ensure each client has an overall positive and enjoyable experience with us. You find satisfaction in taking excellent care of our clients and take pride in the amazing relationships you build with them!

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE A GREEN ENERGY CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE
