Summary of Position:
This position is tasked with using client, trend and target market research to create strategies that will influence how people perceive the UC brands. These brands consist of the main United Country Real Estate brand as well as the sub brands of UC Ranch Properties, UC Commercial Properties and Realtree United Country Hunting Properties.

Work with the Senior Director of Marketing to create and fulfill the overall plan, develop and direct marketing efforts to increase the value and performance of each specific brand. Must focus on developing each brand’s performance, image and positioning compared to competitors. It is also very important to maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications.

Duties Include:

  • Manage new and creative growth strategies
  • Creation of marketing collateral to support UC affiliates for each brand
  • Website Q&A and SEO optimization focus with UC tech team
  • Oversee social media presence and PPC ads with digital marketing manager
  • Training and Event buildout and support
  • Steering Committee Meeting Attendance and fulfillment for each brand
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all efforts

Ideal Candidates Should Possess the Following:

  • A high level of understanding of market research and brand influence
  • Build the credibility and maintain consistency of brands
  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns
  • Strong creative, analytical and organization skills
  • The ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Desire to collaborate with marketing, advertising and media rolls
  • Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in brand management
  • Minimum 5 years of experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Comfort with CRM software
  • In-depth understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
