Construction Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing construction projects from start to finish. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Prepare project schedules and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Communicate with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Manage project team members, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
