Job Title: Public Health Technician/Customer Service
Pay rate: $12.77/hour
Work schedule: Monday – Sunday (Rotating) | 8:00am – 5:00pm OR 10:00am – 7:00pm (need coverage for both shifts) Hours should not exceed 40 hours per week.
Duration: Unknown, must be flexible
Job duties: Intake calls related to COVID-19 questions and testing; follow up calls to citizens, public health organizations and businesses, assist with contract tracing research; data entry and information tracking in MS Excel. Must be able to multi-task and work in a high volume work environment.
