Assembler, Electronics

The Electronic Assembler at Unipower, LLC is responsible for assembling electronic devices to drawing, specification, and customer requirements.

General Employee Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company safety policy
• Follow Workmanship Standards
• Perform tasks as assigned by the lead, supervisor, or Manager

 Electronic Assembler Responsibilities:

• Kit / Check materials against the BOM and WO. 
• Crimp terminations 
• Assemble ribbon cable wire harnesses per the drawing or related documentation
• Assemble standard wire harnesses per the drawing or related documents 
• Solder components or remove components from PCBs per the drawing or related documentation 
• Assemble chassis per the drawing or related documentation/specifications 
• Pot assemblies as applicable 
• Burn-in finished assemblies if applicable per the specifications
• Label assemblies per the specifications 
• Package finished assemblies per the specifications
• Label packaging per the specifications

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GED)
• Electronics Certification
• Programming Experience (systems, controllers, rectifiers, etc.)
• Assembly Experience
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Ability to use hand tools
• Microsoft Office suite experience
