Position Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at Union Wireless, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing our customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, improve service delivery, and elevate our overall technology ecosystem. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Develop and maintain responsive web applications, APIs, and backend services using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and proactively apply them to enhance our systems and processes.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, delivering high-quality/high-availability web applications and services.
• Proficiency in front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (MVC, Blazor, Angular, etc.).
• Strong backend development skills with proficiency in languages such as Java or C# and experience with frameworks like Django, Spring, or ASP.NET.
• Experience with Legacy technologies like WCF, WPF, WFA, etc.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, Azure Devops) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and positive attitude.

Bonus Skills:

• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
