Contact Center Supervisor

Union Wireless in Mountain View, WY is seeking to hire a full-time Contact Center Supervisor.

This position is on site located in Mountain View, WY 82939

You will have the responsibility of managing personnel, sales and service performance, community perception, signal/service issues, customer relations /escalations, team knowledge integration, order entry accuracy, and work to positively affect incoming traffic to the Union retail store. Model excellence in sales and service practices along with maintaining a high level of integrity when working with customers, prospects, and your team.
