Entry Level Call Center Representative - hourly plus bonuses

This is an outbound call center and you will be responsible for setting appointments for sales representatives. Union Exteriors is looking for an Entry Level Call Center Representative to join our team in our Medford office. Apply today and we'll get you to work asap! Hourly wage plus monthly bonuses along with daily, weekly and yearly incentives.

The ideal person for this position has a dynamic personality and is passionate about sales and marketing. This candidate does not need to have previous relevant experience, but needs to be interested in learning new sales and marketing techniques. To succeed in this role, he/she should be goal-driven and have strong negotiation skills. We are looking to help people gain new skills and find a new career path.

We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound, cold calls and emails
• Make high volume of phone calls using a script, to set appointments for sales reps
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Follow up promptly with customers
• Make data entries to ensure accurate results
