The Global Website and Content Marketing Specialist will assist in the continued development and implementation of product and corporate content on the external Unifrax.com global website. The Global Website and Content Marketing Specialist will maintain the global Word Press CMS tool with consistent content updates across ten languages including literature updates, news features, video production, and supporting SEO functionality. Monthly web tracking of visits, sessions, bounce rates, audience demographics etc. to inform campaign strategists. Intranet assistance will also be provided working with the IT team to improve internal customer satisfaction.
Develop and design new web content, campaign landing pages, and other tactics to improve product browsing experience for customers while supporting digital campaigns - working and designing daily in WordPress CMS.
Assist with gathering global social media content, adapting content from other print materials to an e-communication or social media and building new web content on sites.
Media Content Management - Assist the Director of IMC with management and execution of press releases, papers, application articles, and all forms of communication content to the media. Development and continuous maintenance of worldwide industry media list for press mailings.
Understanding of customers, products, specific target markets and applications to organize content for audiences.
Assist with simple preparation of web print and electronic collateral for application stories, customer references.
Create and edit a variety of content text and image media and submit to CMS system
Create, build, and continually evolve the content for all products published by Product and Marketing Managers.
Complete quality assurance of each product page to ensure the links are working, content is accurate.
Review submitted content to ensuring that all content meets the guidelines for content development
Collaborate tasks and needs of Marketing Managers, Application Engineers, Marketing Department, HR etc. working closely with the Global Marketing and Sales Enablement Support Manager.
Liaise with colleagues across the organization to ensure content is shared and leveraged.
Participate in the ongoing process of improving internet content / working with IT team on Intranet.
Liaise with Director of IMC, and the Global Marketing and Sales Enablement Support Manager to manage inventory status and reorder printed materials as required.
Employ Google analytics to measure effectiveness of web properties, and content use.
Create SEO strategy and implement paid ads to improve search rankings for key words and products.
Assist with tradeshow content as needed.
Other duties as assigned related to web and content management.
Associate's degree in relevant field required.
3 - 5 years of digital marketing, with focus on inbound web marketing
Must have strong working knowledge and experience with WordPress CMS web design tools / plug-ins
Strong understanding and experience on SEO practices and tools (Google AdWords, Yoast SEO)
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and web page traffic measurement
Digital analytics skills - ability to understand what drives traffic, what good quality traffic looks like and what to do to improve web traffic (Google Analytics, Hotjar would be a plus)
Strong attention to detail, analytical and takes initiative to improve performance
Strong communication skills - will be required to work with fellow marcom and marketing managers, as well as the extended digital agency team.
Proficiency in WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, ADOBE Creative tools, Google Analytics, SEO
10% overnight travel.
