Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), our teams inspire, instill hope, and change lives.    As a Behavior Technician, you serve as a mentor and advocate for children with developmental disabilities. You will cultivate their ability to communicate effectively and give them a voice. You will teach them how to interact with their peers and loved ones, and help them form meaningful relationships. You will reinforce all of their efforts and hard work, and empower them to be independent. You will ultimately promote a positive change in the way they live and give them opportunities to thrive and succeed!
Responsibilities
    • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a variety of settings (home, clinic, school and/or community)
    • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Behavior Analysts, including behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
    • Collect and record data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plan
    • Support Behavior Analysts with parent-training
    • Communicate client progress or changes in behavior with clinical team
    • Create a safe, positive and fun environment to encourage learning

Qualifications
    • A desire to learn and grow; and a passion to create impact
    • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
    • Experience working with children preferred
    • High school diploma - college degree preferred
    • Current certification of CPR/First Aid or BLS training
    • Reliable transportation
