Associate Director of Operations (SY 22-23)

We partner to build an academic and cultural environment which supports our ultimate goal: ensuring that every student will earn a college degree. The Associate Director of Operations (ADOO) is a member of the High School Leadership Team and crucial to the day-to-day operation of the school. The ADOO is responsible for managing up to two team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of school systems and routines.

The ADOO oversees several large aspects of High School operations and long-term projects while also attending to the short-term demands of the school. The ADOO will report directly to the High School Director of Operations. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supporting all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the school;  Serving as main point of contact for all operational needs in circumstances when the DOO is not available;  Participating actively in the School Leadership Team; Managing 1-2 operations staff members, at the DOO’s discretion, and overseeing the successful implementation of their projects;  Managing High School-specific initiatives, for example the HS Advisory Dashboard, SWIPE, etc. Implementing coverage system on a daily basis;  Developing annually the High School academic schedule;  Owning facilities management to ensure facilities are safe, well-maintained, and meet needs of students and faculty;  Any additional responsibilities identified by the DOO.
