Intern - Sponsor Support Admin Asst

This is an administrative/clerical role. Duties, will include but are not limited to processing data through our CRM software as well as printing documents, preparing and receiving mail. As time permits, this role may also assist in a sponsor advocate role by representing Unbound by phone, email, and instant messaging addressing the concerns and interest of sponsors and donors, taking care to nurture the sponsor experience when dealing with Unbound.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned:
As part of a small team, process records through Unbound CRM software. Reading digital letters, (often handwritten) to gather information
Administrative duties, including, but not limited to:
- Printing documents for mailing
- Stuffing envelopes
- Stocking printers
- Light Word processing
- Reading digitized letters on a computer monitor for extended periods of time
- Data processing
- Opening and logging mail
Members of this team are asked to limit their absences during the last week of each month and the first business day of each month. This is a temporary position with no benefits working up to 40 hours a week and the position is expected to last possibly through mid-year

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required 2 to 5 years of service-oriented positions depending on level assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with proven results.
- Ability to listen to clients and resolve concerns while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task (talk on phone, type on computer at the same time).
- Ability to work on a team and be a team player while having to work independently.
- Ability to understand and follow through on instructions.
- Intermediate computer skills required in a Windows environment.
- Proficiency in typing; and must be comfortable working with and learning relational database programs. (CASA)

Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Spanish knowledge a plus.
