Business Process Owner, Order to Cash

Job Description: Ultra seeks an individual to lead the O2C (Order to Cash) transformation initiative. This remote opening will support Ultra’s Order to Cash process including performance measures, process standards, and policies. Responsibilities will include: • Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics especially with order & invoice through revenue management sub-processes • Leading a team of O2C resources with order management and finance coordination with businesses in the US & UK • Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements and automation • Ensuring fulfillment of KPIs and SLAs, continuously improving on performance benchmarks including end-to-end process effectiveness and efficiency • Performs quality improvement activities while supporting internal and external policies • Report and follow up on queries from order management and finance business partners • Delegate and achieve high results through setting high operational standards for the team • Handle management reporting and be responsible for backlog in control reports • Communicate with internal customers and suppliers, along with external customers, when required, to ensure smooth and effective operations including identifying and resolving all issues in a timely fashion • Develop solid external / internal customer and team member relationships • Responsible for providing high quality deliverables by proactively identifying and resolving key issues • In collaboration with other shared services and centers of expertise process owners, enhance the value and services to internal customers across Ultra’s global business services capability • Delegate and achieve high results through setting high operational standards for the team • Manage 3rd party outsourcing partner team operations as applicable • Supporting centralized processing, examples cash application and dispute management. • Performing a yearly individual evaluation for the team • Team coaching and mentoring Required Skills: • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience • 5+ years of O2C experience in Finance or Accounting in a global company • 2+ years of experience in managing a physical as well as virtual team • This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
