Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling technology, gaming equipment and/or other services mostly in-person and via phone and web-based presentations. You will be responsible for client retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The Account Executive is also responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Executives also identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including product development, operations, service departments and marketing) to improve the entire customer experience. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market. This position will require frequent travel throughout Georgia.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn our segment and product/service offerings
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Capability to uncover and develop the customer's decision criteria, analyze competitive offerings and influence the decision criteria to their advantage
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and retain their business
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Possess deep insights of customer needs, with the proven ability to define and provide marketing & analytics solutions
  • Advocate for and own the customer and player experience including challenges with current solutions and vendors/partners
  • Understands regional market dynamics
  • Identify market trends, adapt engagement strategy and development of competitive selling strategies
  • Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Monitoring actual performance against the strategic account plan and recommending and overseeing implementation of corrective actions
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

 

 Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive
  • 5+ years of experience in a job in the technology, gaming, or retail markets
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce or Connect Wise) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Proven problem solver
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Languages:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
