Order Processing Customer Service

We are seeking a Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and phone
  • Provide product information and warranty services
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding order placement, pricing, delivery confirmation as well as other pertinent order management questions
  • Process Sales Orders, Packing Lists and Invoices
  • Manage ecommerce order fulfillment systems
  • Process UPS shipment documentation
  • Facilitate product returns and damages
  • Pick and ship replacement parts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Process both non-defective and defective returns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Assist engineer and participate in product testing, inspection, & installation

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, quality control, machining, & e-commerce strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel required
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to lift up 25 lbs
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
