We are currently working with a client in the Flower Mound area that is looking to add a hardworking, dedicated and enthusiastic member to their team!

The Sr. Customer Service Rep works to timely demands and effectively manages multiple workloads including resolving some questions from team members. This position is highly detail oriented, and requires multi-tasking to work independently in addition to a team environment. Deadlines and time sensitive tasks must be met.

Schedule: M - F; 8 am - 5 pm (OT Expected)

Pay: $19.00

Essential Functions:

- Accurately and efficiently process orders and completion of packets
- Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
- Assist customers with returns and completion of LTL return checklist
- Keep up to date with all the Company’s products, and procedures
- Monitor open order, open returns spreadsheet and backorder fulfillment
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and work problems
- Entry of RMA in ERP with information from CSRs or accounting dept/ logistics dept
- Go into CRM to retrieve emails/PO’s
- Cross trained for multiple duties
- Works closely with the credit department to resolve issues with the customer’s credit
- Assists Customer Service Supervisor in planning projects, training and giving direction
- Answer telephone in a professional and courtesy manner - first line to customers
- Assists Supervisor and Manager with addressing and resolving questions from team members
- Perform any and all other tasks, jobs, and or assignments as directed by Management

Required Education and Experience

- A high school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience
- Computer experience including knowledge of MS Word or Excel
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- 4 - 7 years of customer service experience
- Experience with MS Dynamics AX and CRM software (Preferred)

- Experience in B2B Customer Service is PREFERRED
