Growing Fresno county construction group is in search of a Sales Coordinator to add to their team.
The Sales Coordinator requires a tenacious work ethic coupled with a background in inside sales or customer service preferably in the Construction industry. The Sales Coordinator follows up with all leads, and is the first point of communication between sales and estimating. The Sales Coordinator will send and follow up on quotes, and walk the potential customer through the order process. An understanding of parts, pieces and manufacturing is a plus. Knowledge of metal buildings or working with metal fabrication is helpful.
A degree in Construction Management is preferred, but a degree in Business Administration or similar degree will be considered, along with 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, or Customer Service Management. Excellent computer and communication skills are necessary along with a collaborative work ethic is imperative.
This is a Direct hire role with a pay scale of $19-21 per hour, plus a generous bonus and commission package.
