We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for our client in the medical device industry located in Moorpark. They specialize in diabetes, hypertension and chronic disease management solutions.
• Provide Customer Support and assist with sales of product line
• Train and educate clients on medical devices
• Trouble shoot for clients or end-users for connectivity, software or app issues to enhance client satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, call center or technical support service experience
• Excellent in communication skills & problem solving
• Experience in medical device industry, medical centers or clinics
• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
