Customer Service Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Manage and prioritize large amounts of customer opportunities/concerns simultaneously

· Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency

· Answer customer inquiries regarding product, service, support and suggest alternatives when appropriate

· Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures

· Resolve disputed credit items

· Set up new customer accounts

· Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and deadlines

· Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media

Job Requirements:

· 2-5 years’ experience in Customer Service

· Detail oriented

· Organized

· Must have a strong phone presence and present professionally
