Customer Service Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking Call Center Customer Service Reps to work a project with a text book company in the Central Florida area. The Call Center Rep will be responsible for helping students by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

*NO Sales *NO Cold Calling* NO Outbound*

Start date: August 4th or 7th, 2019 (long term contract)

Pay rate is $10/hr, 30-35 hours a week, FLEXIBLE HOURS!

Business Casual Dress Code


  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat and email


  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Must be able to clear a Background Check and successfully complete Call Center Assessments
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
