Our client is looking to add a Customer Service Rep to their staff, this Customer Service Rep will be responsible for gathering information from clients and customers, processing information into internal systems and getting data ready for analysis. A successful Customer Service Rep in this position will have strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Work in office as part of a team to make calls an enter data into internal system for audits
- Make calls to clients and customers to gather information on a daily basis
- Complete audits based on rules and regulations specific to client and customer profiles
- Correspond with several departments and agents to gather additional information as needed
- No cold calling, no sales!
- Strong communication skills but written and verbal
- Strong judgement and critical thinking skills
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Work well in a large team environment
- Must have the ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills
- Prior Accounting or Bookkeeping experience highly preferred
