Job Description

Business to business customer service representative - reaching out to companies in the healthcare industry! Work from home after training and choose your schedule!

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads by outbound calls (30-40 calls per hour) - list of phone numbers provided to you!
  • Make contact with 10-15 decision makers per hour
  • Use a script consistently
  • Make notes of customer interactions in the database system
  • Maintain regular attendance

Pay: $14.00/Hour + Incentives = up to $16/hr - $18/hr!

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday. You pick your schedule every 2 weeks. Must work a minimum of 30 hours a week

Start: training for 2 weeks onsite – option to work remotely after that! (must have a quiet space to work)
