Design/Manufacturing company in Simi Valley looking for Customer Service/Quality Inspector to provide support to their exchange/returns department.
- Accurately input data for appropriate orders.
- Inspect and review customers products that have been returned.
- Contact customers to provide details regarding their returned item.
- Ensure correct department is notified and sent order details
- Verify entered customer and order data by reviewing, deleting, correcting, and/or re-entering data.
- Great organization skills
