Customer Service/QA Administrator

Design/Manufacturing company in Simi Valley looking for Customer Service/Quality Inspector to provide support to their exchange/returns department.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data for appropriate orders.
  • Inspect and review customers products that have been returned.
  • Contact customers to provide details regarding their returned item.
  • Ensure correct department is notified and sent order details
  • Verify entered customer and order data by reviewing, deleting, correcting, and/or re-entering data.

Requirements:

  • Great organization skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Some quality inspection experience
  • High attention to detail
  • A can-do positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
