Customer Service Data Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Data Operations Specialist to join our team! You will be an inhouse support specialist using your advanced Excel skills in macros, vlookups and pivot tables in order to drive company success.


  • Inputs information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources
  • Research and troubleshoot customer problems
  • Resolves customer issues and assists with training new employees
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
  • Follows established work methods, processes and procedures
  • Ensure all T’s are crossed and I’s are dotted; everything involving your new dealer is operational, optimized and they’re feeling great
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems


  • Customer service experience required for good communication skills
  • Data entry skills are essential
  • Ability to multi-task and manage tasks with competing priorities
  • Fast learner – you can easily and quickly pick up and learn new concepts
  • Thrive on having a lot of new issues to deal with every day
  • Excellent technical skills with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts to non-technical players (speak to the layman)
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to build solid relationships with vendors, data providers and internal teams
  • Desire to take initiative and think of solutions for problems that you may encounter
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Keen attention to detail (nothing gets past you)
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with spreadsheets and formulas
  • Working experience with SQL and Google Analytics is a huge plus
