Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a client in Berkeley Springs, WV. This is a long term temporary position with a starting salary of $13-15 an hour.
Duties Included but Not Limited to:
- Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently, take accurate messages when needed.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and organizing supply room.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and mail.
- Ship packages via UPS for staff, distribute incoming packages to staff.
- Arrange tours and visits from internal and external customers, as well as local business people, neighbors and vendors.
- Oversee office functions and ensure that the area operates smoothly with minimal errors or interruptions.
- File invoices, shipment documentation and production sheets.
- All other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Excel
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
