Inbound Call Center Representative

Shifts 7AM-4PM, 8AM-5PM and 9AM-6PM
Pay: $13 hourly
Temporary 1 month with possible extension
Job Requirements
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. CSR's will be assisting callers with questions and concerns regarding their auto insurances claims and the claims process. Will provide accurate updates to the insured on claim status by reviewing notes and documents in a claim file.
Candidate Requirements:
• Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills (written and oral)
• Ability to think logically and critically in a very face paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Must possess computer skills and have ability to learn new software
• Ability to adapt easily to ever-changing projects
• Ability to handle escalated calls
• Ability to comprehend insurance terms and claim processes
