Ultimate Staffing Services, a division of Roth Staffing companies is currently seeking Customer Service Agents to join a growing company in the Portsmouth NH area. In our experience we have found that candidates with 1-2 years of experience in retail and food service positions that had involved heavy interaction with customers and making phone calls do well in this position.
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for making payment arrangements and/or responding to routine consumer questions (calls) on behalf of our clients.
You will be provided complete training and user-friendly scripts to guide you through each telephone call. To be successful, you will need to maintain a customer service demeanor at all times. You will be thoroughly trained to negotiate the best possible payment arrangements and/or provide direction to help resolve consumer disputes.
This is a contract to hire opportunity, after 3 months successful candidates who become full time employees with our client will gain benefits including Medical, Dental, 401k, Tuition Reimbursement and more.
Pay Rate: $12-$13 per hour
(Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates will receive additional $1 per hour)
Employees of Ultimate Staffing will start to accrue bonus the 4th week on assignment. Bonus amounts will be trackable through our client’s bonus reporting system and visible to our Ambassadors throughout the temporary phase (bonus will not be paid until hire status with client). Upon hire status with our client, you will receive the entire accrued bonus amount in your second bi-weekly paycheck then bonus will be paid by our client in bi-weekly full-time status payroll.

8:00am-4:30pm Monday Through Friday
8:30am-5pm Monday Through Friday
10:00am-6:30pm ($.28 shift diff) Monday Through Friday
11:30am-8pm ($.56 shift diff) Monday Through Friday
9:00am-5:30pm Tuesday Through Saturday ($.45 Shift Diff)
9:30am-6pm Tuesday Through Saturday ($.45 Shift Diff)
Training: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday Through Friday (3 Weeks)
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Pre-Employment Screening (criminal Background check and Drug screening)
- Call Center experience preferred, but not required. We will train you
- Customer Service experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with consumers
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to multi-task
