Phone Premium Auditor
Field incoming and make outgoing calls to facilitate audits for Worker's Compensation and General Liability policies
Make several calls to insurance agents, accountants, bookkeepers, and policyholders to gather information
Enter accurate notes following each call
Must have strong judgement and critical thinking skills
Must have advanced computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets, word processing, and email
Bookkeeping experience is a plus
