As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we need to hire a full-time Warranty and Sales Administrator to join our office in Richardson, Texas. The Warranty and Sales Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the operations of our North American Service and Support team. You will be actively communicating with and reporting on the daily activities of the service and support personnel.

The Warranty and Sales Administrator will:

  • Handle warranty administration, including input, organization, and tracking of claims
  • Handle product vendor correspondence via phone, email, or regular mail
  • Monitor electronic vendor invoice email addresses
  • Process and post product vendor warranty payments and credit claims
  • Process invoices for payment according to vendor terms
  • File and maintain accounting documents, records, and reports
  • Reconcile vendor statements and Investigate and resolve any problems associated with the processing of invoices and purchase orders
  • Receive, research and resolve a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account statuses, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate staff

Qualifications/Skill Set

  • 1 -3 years of prior administrative experience
  • 3-4 years Accounts Payable experience is a plus
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills; must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines​
  • Good at multitasking
  • Knowledge of NetSuite or other Cloud ERP systems is a plus
