Responsible for answering phones in a professional manner and directing calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages, scheduling appointments, data entry, follow up calls to clients, greet clients with a smiling face and ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times.
He/She will be working directly with our Operations Manager to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented. Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, a bubbly personality who enjoys talking to people, great work ethic and professional attitude.
