Job Description
Leading logistics company, Ugarte Brothers LLC, is looking for reliable and experienced Class A CDL drivers for our OTR Team positions.
Competitive Compensation
- Team OTR: .70 cpm .85 team cpm depending upon experience. Weekly Guarantee of 5,000 miles split for OTR teams.
Home Time: OTR up to 14 days out - 4 days home
Location: Within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah
Bonuses:
- 5,000 Sign-On Bonus: 1,000 Day One. Other 4,000 over 6 months.
- 2,000 Annual Bonus: We reward Drivers that stay with us

CDL Class A Truck Driver Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years driving experience with a good driving record
- CDL Class A License
- Hazmat endorsement preferred, or willing to obtain one
- 25-year-old minimum for insurance
- Team OTR
- Able to drive 5,000 miles per week minimum as a team
- Drug test and background check required
CDL Class A Truck Driver Overview:
