Job Title: Project Manager

Seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and proven project management and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the business process and activities associated with Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Business Development Execution. This position requires excellent collaboration and communication skills, the ability to work in a matrix organizational structure, and proficiency in process improvement methodologies. The position offers flexible hours and the option to work remotely.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field

Minimum of 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance/Licensing and/or MRL

Proven project management and leadership skills in a deadline-driven environment

Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organizational structure

Well-developed collaboration, facilitation and leadership skills

Proficient in MS Office tools and online communication

Experience with process improvement methodologies

Demonstrated sensitivity and knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion principles

Responsibilities:

Manage business process and activities associated with Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Business Development Execution

Coordinate various GRACS functional areas to ensure implementation and maintenance of regulatory activities associated with assigned Company Business Development Agreements

Collaborate with Business Development Partnership and Supplier Management, Clinical Research, Legal, Alliance Management, and Manufacturing

Assist in identifying and prioritizing agreements to maintain compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements

Act as a project lead and point of contact for assigned Business Development Agreements

Ensure adherence to established governance structure and common network framework

Define, establish, and drive continuous improvement of the Business Process for pre and post execution phases of Business Development Agreements

Engage partners and GRACS applicable personnel to explore the potential challenges of working together and examine differences

Note: This is a hybrid role that can be located in Rahway, NJ/Upper Gwynedd, PA, and may require travel between the two locations. The position offers flexible hours from 8am-5pm EST.
