Call Screener / Admin Assistant Ocean Springs, MS

We are seeking a Call Screener to join our team! You will be responsible for taking inbound calls & qualifying those buyers with a few simple questions. Between calls you will assist the general manager with miscellaneous projects & tasks. This is a W-2 position but we all work from home and communicate throughout the day transferring calls & completing tasks. This is a full time position that requires someone who can work independently without distractions.


  • Handling inbound calls to determine customer needs & purchase ability
  • Direct qualified customers to sales reps for detailed assistance
  • Provide non-qualified callers with funding options
  • Work reliably from home for internet based equipment dealer
  • Help management with special projects & miscellaneous tasks as needs arise


  • Must be responsible & reliable - the team will depend on you minute to minute
  • Must be personable yet not a pushover
  • Must have upbeat personality, yet good with details
  • Must have ability to build rapport with first time callers
  • Must have ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player who thrives on providing value
  • A Extra plus would be fluent spanish but not required
  • Must have high speed internet
  • Must reside in Mississippi
