We are open 24/7 and currently hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time graveyard employees for our Customer Support Department.
Responsibilities and expectations include, but not limited to;
-Ability to Multi-task
-Ensure customer satisfaction.
-Provide superior service via-phone, e-mail and electronic tickets.
-Resolve service issues in a timely matter.
-Follow-up with customer requests.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Demonstrate and apply problem-solving skills
-Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
